Kommt die Keramik sicher an?
Ich verpacke die Keramik sorgfältig. Bislang gab es mit beschädigter Ware auf dem Versandweg nahezu keine Probleme. Sollte dies doch einmal der Fall sein, nimm bitte direkt Kontakt mit mir auf.

Kann die Keramik zurückgegeben werden?
Im Sinne der Umwelt freue ich mich, wenn Retouren vermieden werden können. Aber natürlich kannst du deine Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen widerrufen, wenn dir etwas nicht gefällt. Dazu findest du alle Informationen hier.

Bildet sich eine Patina auf dem Ton?
Ja, vor allem an unglasierten Stellen kann sich auf dem Ton durch regelmäßigen Gebrauch eine Teepatina bilden. Wie dunkel die Patina wird, hängt von der Farbe des Tons und der Teesorte ab. Viele meiner Kunden schätzen die Patinabildung, da sich der Geschmack des Tees dadurch besonders gut entfalten kann. Ich empfehle, für jede Teesorte ein anderes Gefäß zu verwenden.

Lässt sich die Keramik reinigen?
Ja, meine Gebrauchskeramik kann in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden. Verfärbungen, wie beispielsweise eine Teepatina, können so entfernt werden. Für eine längere Haltbarkeit empfehle ich jedoch, die Keramik öfter von Hand zu spülen.

Will the ceramic arrive safely?
I pack all ceramics carefully. So far there have been almost no problems with damaged goods in transit. If this is the case, please contact me directly.

Can the ceramic be refunded?
For the sake of the environment, I am happy if retour shipping can be avoided. But of course you can cancel your order within 14 days if you don't like something. You can find all the information here.

Does a patina form on the clay?
Yes, a tea patina can form on the clay through regular use, especially in unglazed areas. How dark the patina becomes depends on the color of the clay and the type of tea. Many of my customers appreciate the formation of a patina because it allows the taste of the tea to develop particularly well. I recommend using a different vessel for each type of tea.

Can the ceramic be cleaned?
Yes, my ceramics can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Discoloration, such as a tea patina, can be removed in this way. However, for a longer shelf life, I recommend washing the ceramic by hand more often.
